Anne Pramaggiore, 60, is senior executive vice president and chief executive officer of Exelon Utilities, Exelon Corporation. She has served as a member of the board of directors of Commonwealth Edison Company (ComEd), an electric utility company and business unit of Exelon Corporation, since February 2012 and previously served as president, chief executive officer of ComEd from February 2012 to June 2018. Prior to this role, she served as ComEd’s president and chief operating officer from May 2009 until February 2012.
Pramaggiore serves as chair of the board of directors for the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and on the board of the Babcock & Wilcox Company.
Pramaggiore earned a bachelor’s degree in communications and theater from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and a law degree from DePaul University School of Law, where she served as editor-in-chief of the school’s law review.
