Motorola Solutions Showcases Latest in Mission Critical Technology at NENA 2014

Motorola Solutions (Booth # 509) is showcasing its latest technology at NENA Conference, June 16-17 at the Music City Convention Center in Nashville, Tenn. Motorola continues to help critical infrastructure markets by leveraging investments in the Premier One space and other radio networks with high-performance data.

KEY DEMOS AT NENA

  • PremierOne™ NG9-1-1 Call Control with Intrado VIPER® transforms incident management operations and simplifies workflows. With call-handling functionality directly accessible within PremierOne Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD), users no longer have to switch back and forth between independent CAD and 9-1-1 systems. PremierOne NG9-1-1 Call Control integrates the most important information into a unified view, eliminating repetitive data entry steps, improving operator focus and productivity while handling calls and citizen texts simultaneously.
  • The PremierOne™ Suite helps agencies improve response times, efficiently allocate resources and better inform first responders. CAD offers a dynamic and intuitive application, utilizing its common services platform to compile and display precise data specific to an agency’s workflow. Combined with the offerings of PremierOne Record and Jail, the PremierOne Suite integrates information pertinent to making public safety figures more informed in the command center and enables effective intelligence led response through PremierOne Mobile in the field.
  • Get more from your mission critical ASTRO® 25 system with ASTRO 25 Advanced Messaging Solution. Users can quickly send and receive messages and run database queries directly from their data-enabled Motorola two-way radios. With access to this information, first responders are able to make on-the-spot decisions, freeing air time for critical voice communications. When integrated with PremierOne™ CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch), personnel can also automatically receive dispatch information, be on the look out’s (BOLOs) and remotely update their status.
  • Today’s dynamic command and control environments demand communication capabilities that can be deployed at a moment’s notice, anytime, anywhere. As a fixed or mobile solution, the MCC 7100 IP Dispatch Console eliminates traditional technology barriers to deliver the flexible, interoperable communications you demand. MCC 7100 IP Dispatch Console uses wired or wireless networks to establish Project 25 (P25) encrypted voice communications with trunked and conventional radios, when and where you need them most. Use the portable MCC 7100 Console to quickly expand your mobile workforce communications for on-the-spot coordination during special events, for disaster management, in backup facilities and to increase temporary dispatch capacity.
